1. How long will it take to get my order?
When you place your order, we'll give you an estimated arrival date. We aim to get the order to you before then, but that’s the date to work from if you’re on a tight deadline. In case you need your order at a specific time please send us a message.


2. Can I get it any quicker?
We do aim to get all orders to you before the estimated arrival date, but we cannot make any guarantees. For the speediest turnaround, we highly recommend using the fastest delivery option. Using a trackable delivery method will also ensure it does not get lost in the mail.


3. Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order in your Account. It's best to check the estimated arrival date here too - if it has passed, please get in touch and we'll see if we can help out.
