How long does delivery take?
Many of our products are handmade to order. Therefore, delivery times are slightly longer than that of mass products or products from a catalog. Average delivery times will be displayed on the product detail page.
If you require your delivery on a certain date, please convo us. A delivery date is only binding after our confirmation.
We deliver with DHL.
Shipment within Germany will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
Shipments abroad will be delivered within 4-11 business days.
How much is shipping?
Germany
For shipping in Germany we calculate a flat rate based on the total of your order.

We calculate our shipping costs within Europe based on shipping weight. Depending on the shipping weight your shipping options will be shown. You can choose the shipping method most convenient for you

Part delivery
If, due to technical reasons, we must dispatch your order in partial shipments you will be charged for the postage only once.VAT for Swiss customers and non-EU customers
Swiss customers and non-EU customers are not required to pay the German VAT (19%). The VAT will be levied by the respective country, usually through its customs authority.
